Senior SAP Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements for technology projects, initiatives and operational service delivery via workshops, meetings and other means as required.
• Capture and document business requirements and translate these into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Organise, facilitate, present and manage medium to large size workshops.
• Map existing ‘as is’ business processes and work with the business to define the ‘to be’ desired state.
• Work with technical resources to interpret and translate business requirements into viable business solutions that meet the business’ needs.
• Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans and test cases and undertake testing activities.
• Navigate a complex organisational structure and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation across diverse geographical locations.
• Develop robust business cases to facilitate project or initiative approval and commencement and participate in the development of tenders for technology projects.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure that they are adequately and appropriately briefed and prepared prior to any business requirements / process workshops / meetings.
• Support the Technology Services Management team in the delivery of their key objectives
• Support communications and change for technology projects, initiatives and operational service delivery.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• End-to-end business analysis experience.
• Experience as a Technology Business Analyst on SAP, preferably S/4 HANA.
• Extensive experience in planning, preparing and conducting workshops / meetings with stakeholders / participants for business requirements gathering, process mapping etc.
