As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team.

 

The Role

This is a hands on agency role with full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle. You will manage a portfolio of IT roles while partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver high quality outcomes. You will have the autonomy to run your desk with professionalism and sound judgement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading detailed role briefings and shaping effective search strategies
  • Managing end to end recruitment across permanent and contract IT roles
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging high calibre technology talent
  • Conducting structured interviews and providing clear, insightful feedback
  • Managing multiple roles and priorities with confidence
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, grounded in integrity and good judgement

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience recruiting within IT or technology
  • Confidence handling senior, niche, or complex roles
  • Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
  • Commercial awareness paired with professionalism and integrity
  • A structured, accountable approach to recruitment
