We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a critical phase of a multi year Digital Network Map initiative. This program is focused on building a functional digital model of a large scale parcel delivery network, enabling near real time visibility, measurement and optimisation of product flows.
This is an immediate need and will suit a very senior, well rounded delivery leader with deep experience across complex, enterprise data and platform programs.
About the Program
The Digital Network Map initiative is designed to:
- Create a digital representation of a national parcel delivery network
- Enable near real?time measurement and visualisation of flows
- Identify and resolve congestion and bottlenecks
- Support network optimisation, simulation and automation
- Drive a more standardised, faster, more efficient and reliable network
- The initial engagement will focus on delivering the first solution targeting bottlenecks and congestion, with potential extension assessed upon successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end delivery leadership of a complex, enterprise?scale digital program
- Management of delivery commitments, dependencies and stakeholders
- Oversight of solution delivery across data, analytics and platform layers
- Driving outcomes focused on insight?led, scalable decision making
- Ensuring delivery pace and quality in a high?visibility, urgent environment
Required Experience
- Extensive Program Management experience delivering complex programs
- Proven experience delivering cloud?based enterprise data platforms, including:
- Data ingestion and integration pipelines,
- Analytics and reporting layers,
- Graph data technologies (e.g. Neo4j)
- Strong background in large, complex networked or operational environments
- Able to operate confidently with senior executives and multiple sponsoring business units
- Pragmatic, delivery?focused, and comfortable stepping into fast moving, ambiguous situations
