The role
This is an opportunity to join a large, complex organisation and help lift the way social media is used to tell a brand story. You’ll play a hands?on role planning, creating and executing social content that supports major marketing campaigns and always?on activity, while using data and insights to continuously improve performance.
You’ll work closely with creative, media and communications teams, manage owned social channels, and help ensure content is relevant, on?brand and genuinely connects with customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning and delivering social media content aligned to broader marketing campaigns
- Managing always on social channels and content calendars
- Using data, insights and social listening to optimise performance and impact
- Working with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver best practice social activity
- Supporting social response during issues or crisis situations when required
What we’re looking for
- Experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience delivering social content in large or complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Confident using data and insights to guide content decisions
- Clear, engaging written communication and a strong eye for brand tone
