  • Prepare clear, concise reports and insights for governance forums and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support change workshops, forums, meetings and change networks
  • Assist with the development of communication and change collateral
  • Support identification of training needs and enablement activities in collaboration with Learning & Development teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices, tools and templates
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact successful adoption

  • Identifying and evaluating business and people impacts
  • Supporting development of change and stakeholder plans
  • Experience working within fast-paced, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions

Change & Project Foundations

  • Hands-on experience using structured change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of project management disciplines
  • Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile / SAFe delivery environments

Communication & Tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing employee communications and reports
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to present insights in a clear, logical and audience-appropriate way
