We are looking for a highly capable Senior Project Manager to drive a complex Cyber Defence Program within a large-scale enterprise setting. This role sits at the forefront of AI-enabled security transformation, focusing on improving how vulnerabilities are identified, assessed, and mitigated across the organisation.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, leading multiple workstreams across design, build, integration, and rollout ensuring strong execution in a fast-moving and evolving cyber landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of a large, multi-stream cyber security program
- Drive initiatives focused on AI-led vulnerability identification and risk reduction
- Coordinate across multiple domains including identity, infrastructure, and applications
- Establish clear governance, reporting cadence, and delivery frameworks
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies end-to-end
- Ensure alignment with relevant cyber standards and regulatory requirements
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, providing clear delivery insights
- Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Manage third-party vendors and hold them accountable to delivery outcomes
- Support smooth transition of solutions into production environments
- Embed continuous improvement practices across delivery teams
- Lead and support project team members to drive high performance
About You:
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale cyber security or risk programs
- Solid understanding of modern security practices, vulnerability management, and AI-drivencapabilities
- Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments
- Experience managing complex cross-functional and multi-platform initiatives
- Exposure to security domains such as identity, cloud, network, and endpoint
- Demonstrated success leading organisation-wide change and adoption initiatives
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and driving alignment
- Strong financial and governance management capability
- Experience working within large, complex organisations (enterprise scale)
- Comfortable working across both Agile and traditional delivery methods
