Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the execution of compliance, case management and operational processes within a regulated environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, timely response tracking, stakeholder coordination and adherence to service level agreements across a range of operational and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and update case files across the full case lifecycle, ensuring all records are accurate, complete and centrally stored
  • Manage documentation associated with compliance, show cause, remediation, termination and dispute processes
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and coordinate the management of incoming responses and correspondence
  • Track response deadlines and key milestones to ensure adherence to established SLAs and compliance requirements
  • Categorise responses, update tracking systems and maintain audit-ready records of all case activities
  • Coordinate workflows across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless progression of cases and operational activities
  • Support the preparation and distribution of notifications, documentation and compliance communications
  • Provide accurate reporting and status updates to support operational decision making and case management activities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure information is captured, communicated and actioned in a timely manner
  • Support operational governance by maintaining process compliance, documentation standards and service level commitments

About You:

  • Experience in operations coordination, workflow administration, case management or a similar support function
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with shared mailboxes, tracking systems and document management platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and business functions
  • Experience supporting compliance, governance or regulated business processes is highly desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high levels of accuracy, accountability and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools
