Business Analyst / Tester

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Tester to support software projects across supply chain, warehouse management and integrated business systems.

This role will work closely with clients and development teams across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and functional design through to testing, UAT, go live and hypercare.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Business Analyst / Tester or BA/QA role
  • Experience with supply chain systems such as WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS or 3PL platforms
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and producing functional specifications
  • Hands-on testing experience across functional, integration, regression and UAT
  • Experience working with system integrations including APIs, EDI, flat files or middleware
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across business, operations and technical teams
  • Strong communication skills with a practical, delivery focused mindset
  • SQL and Jira / Azure DevOps experience highly regarded
