We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support key programs of work within a large enterprise environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute change strategies and plans
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments
- Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
- Align change activities with project milestones and business goals
- Facilitate change forums, workshops, and reporting
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in Change Management across enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complexity
- Background in business, projects, or related disciplines
