Our client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead a range of critical cyber security initiatives within a significant enterprise transformation environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior project professional with a proven track record delivering complex cyber security projects in large, highly regulated organisations. You’ll work closely with business, technology and security stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end to end delivery of complex cyber security projects and workstreams.
- Drive collaboration across business, technology, security and vendor stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with government and industry cyber security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Translate technical cyber security concepts into clear business outcomes and recommendations.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and governance activities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors.
- Prepare executive reporting and submissions for governance forums.
- Support testing, deployment and transition activities with minimal business disruption.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years’ experience delivering complex cyber security projects within large organisations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, Essential Eight and SOCI frameworks.
- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
- PMP, SAFe Agile and ITIL certifications are highly regarded.
