Identity Engineer – Workforce Identity

Location: Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to support and enhance enterprise workforce identity platforms within a complex, large-scale environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate, enhance and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Design and deliver secure workforce identity solutions
- Monitor platform stability, performance and compliance
- Provide technical leadership across BAU and project delivery
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Participate in an on-call support roster
About you:
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Solid knowledge of IAM protocols, including OIDC, SAML, OAuth, FIDO2, NTLM, Kerberos and LDAP
- Advanced scripting experience across PowerShell, JavaScript or Python
- Experience with multi-cloud environments, CI/CD and version control
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience with Silverfort, SailPoint, CyberArk or Auth0 will be highly regarded
