In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing IT Change Management process and operations to ensure technology services are delivered in a standard and consistent manner to meet the business needs.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Experience managing end-to-end IT Change processes in complex, mission-critical environments
- Advanced skills in analysing, reporting and presenting change data and insights, with demonstrated ability to inform executive decision-making and drive service improvement.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change processes in line with ITIL best practices, ensuring compliance, service stability, and minimal business disruption.
- Experience providing direction, guidance and quality assurance across change governance forums, including effective vendor and service provider engagement.
- Experience applying ITSM and ITIL practices to support stable, well-managed change
- Experience working with governance forums (such as CAB) and collaborating with vendors and service providers
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across a range of audiences
- ITIL V4 Foundation Service Management
- Formal qualifications or certification in a recognised change management methodology such as PROSCI.
- Analyse and clearly communicate the impacts of change (including risk, benefits, cost, and timelines) to support informed decision-making
- Contribute to and drive continuous improvement across change management practices
