IT Service Delivery Field Engineer Level 2 – Melbourne

We’re recruiting several IT Service Delivery professionals to join a collaborative IT Operations team supporting users across multiple locations.

These opportunities are suited to Service Desk Analysts, Desktop Support Engineers, IT Support Analysts and Field Engineers looking to further develop their careers in a modern enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, printers and collaboration tools
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployments and access management
  • Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades and asset management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level targets

About You

  • Experience in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Field Support or Service Delivery environments
  • Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
