We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and service management initiatives within a large, enterprise technology environment. This role requires strong end?to?end project leadership, hands?on infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of critical infrastructure and service management initiatives end?to?end, from discovery through to operational handover
- Deliver large?scale infrastructure programs, including network transformations, telco initiatives, and F5 Viprion migrations
- Manage phased deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments with minimal business disruption
- Drive uplift in monitoring and observability capabilities across cloud and on?prem environments
- Manage vendors and system integrators, ensuring delivery to scope, cost, SLAs, and quality standards
- Engage and influence stakeholders across IT, security, and operations to drive timely decision?making
- Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, and provide clear, concise executive?level reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering large?scale infrastructure and service management projects
- Strong background in network hardware refreshes, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code
- Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT)
- Hands?on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or Dynatrace
- Demonstrated vendor, commercial, and contract management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent project financial management capabilities, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or relevant cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- ITIL certification or strong ITSM knowledge
- Experience working with F5 technologies and enterprise network environments
