This role sits within a large operational environment focused on how products and services are moved, processed, and delivered across a national network including areas like supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, and retail service operations.
About the role
As a Senior BA, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives across retail and operational networks. You’ll be responsible for gathering and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive real outcomes.
You’ll work across the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation, supporting both business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across operations, technology and delivery teams
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Support delivery across design, build, testing and implementation phases
- Maintain traceability and ensure requirements are clear, testable and aligned to business objectives
- Support UAT, including test scenario creation and defect management
What we’re looking for
- Strong Senior BA experience working on large, complex delivery programs
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience working across business and technology teams, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong communication skills: able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
