We’re looking for a Senior Program Change Manager to deliver large-scale, multi-stream transformation initiative within a complex, enterprise environment. This role sits at the heart of a critical portfolio, shaping how change is planned, delivered and embedded across the business
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end change delivery across complex programs, working closely with program leadership and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
You’ll lead change strategy, oversee execution, and guide teams to ensure change is effectively embedded and delivers measurable benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program-level change strategies and plans
- Lead and mentor a team of change practitioners
- Partner with program and project teams to integrate change into delivery plans
- Assess business impacts and drive structured stakeholder engagement
- Establish and manage change governance, risks and reporting
- Influence senior stakeholders to support adoption and alignment
- Drive business readiness, embedment and sustained outcomes
About You
- Extensive experience delivering large, complex transformation programs in enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience at senior and executive levels
- Proven ability to lead change teams and influence outcomes across multiple workstreams
- Deep understanding of change methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent)
- Strong project delivery knowledge across Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills
