You will take ownership of your portfolio, working closely with established clients and candidates to deliver strong high quality outcomes. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in their delivery, and operates with strong judgement and accountability.

- Leading detailed client role briefings and shaping effective search strategies
- Managing end to end recruitment across permanent and contract IT roles
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high calibre technology talent
- Conducting structured interviews and providing clear, insightful feedback
- Managing multiple roles and priorities with confidence
- Acting as a trusted advisor, grounded in integrity and good judgement
- Proven experience recruiting within IT or technology
- Confidence handling senior, niche, or complex roles
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Commercial awareness paired with professionalism and integrity
- A structured, accountable approach to recruitment
