We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Telco and Network Transformation Program within a complex enterprise environment.
You'll play a critical role in delivering network modernisation initiatives, carrier transitions, ISP migrations, service readiness activities and operational handover across a large distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive carrier migration and service transition activities across multiple providers and delivery partners
- Deliver large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives including WAN, SD-WAN, ISP migrations and network modernisation programs
- Manage complex national rollout activities across 4,000+ sites, ensuring successful cutovers and minimal business disruption
- Establish and manage integrated delivery plans across Network, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Service Management and Retail Technology
- Oversee governance, reporting, RAID management, financial forecasting and executive communications
- Manage vendor performance, contractual obligations, milestones, risks, dependencies and service outcomes
- Drive executive stakeholder engagement and facilitate rapid issue resolution and decision-making
- Ensure operational readiness, service transition, knowledge transfer and successful handover into BAU support teams
- Deliver financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, business case tracking and benefits realisation
About You:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Telco, Network or Infrastructure Transformation programs valued at $5M+
- Strong background in carrier migrations, WAN transformations, SD-WAN, ISP transitions and network modernisation initiatives
- Experience leading large national deployment programs across hundreds or thousands of sites
- Demonstrated success managing multiple vendors, carriers, managed service providers and systems integrators
- Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, service management and transition-to-support models
- Experience delivering projects involving network infrastructure, cloud platforms, security technologies and ServiceNow environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executive, operational and technical audiences
- Strong commercial, financial and governance management capability
- Proven experience managing complex delivery programs with competing priorities =
- Experience working within large enterprise environments with distributed operations
