We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major transformation initiative focused on the secure and compliant delivery of medicines across Australia. This program sits at the intersection of logistics, healthcare, technology, and regulatory compliance, supporting the future of medication distribution and customer service. The role is responsible for managing projects across the full lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and operational transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale project initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
- Establish and drive governance forums, working groups, and steering committees.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operational, and vendor teams.
- Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed quality standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project team members and stakeholders.
- Drive effective vendor management and accountability against agreed deliverables and milestones.
- Support the successful transition of project capabilities into operational environments.

- Proven experience delivering large, complex enterprise projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and commercial delivery obligations.
- Strong financial, budget, and resource management capability.
- Comfortable working in highly regulated and complex operational environments.
