We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead key HR technology initiatives across Payroll, Recruitment and Talent platforms.
This role will oversee end-to-end delivery across planning, design, build, testing, deployment and business readiness, while managing vendors, budgets, governance and senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven Senior Project Management experience in large enterprise environments
- Delivery experience across SAP Payroll or other Payroll platforms
- Strong exposure to SuccessFactors, HRIS or HCM systems
- Experience with Recruitment, onboarding or workforce systems
- Track record managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong financial management, reporting and governance capability
- Ability to manage vendors and hold delivery partners accountable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement across HR, Technology and Executive teams
