We’re looking for a hands-on Windows Server Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise environment, supporting and evolving critical infrastructure across on-premise and cloud platforms.
This is a high-impact role focused on designing, delivering, and operating Windows Services at scale, while contributing to ongoing transformation and optimisation initiatives.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and run Windows Server environments across on-prem and cloud (Azure)
- Maintain and optimise core infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD)
- Lead incident, problem, and change management to improve service performance and availability
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement (e.g. PowerShell, Ansible)
- Ensure infrastructure meets performance, cost, and reliability targets
- Support delivery of large-scale transformation and integration initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale Windows environments
- Strong expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and hybrid environments
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices (incident, problem, change)
- Experience with automation / Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell, Ansible or similar)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-moving enterprise environments
