We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a major Core HR and HCM Transformation program focused on the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Key Highlights
- Join at the initial stages of a large-scale Core HR transformation, helping define the target-state architecture and technology roadmap.
- Lead the migration and uplift of HR capabilities onto the SAP SuccessFactors stack.
- Hands-on technical architecture role, working closely with business, project, integration and delivery teams to shape and govern the solution.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Solution Architecture experience within large enterprise environments.
- Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Core HR platforms.
- Experience delivering HR transformation, HCM modernisation or SuccessFactors migration programs.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
