We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support enterprise-scale technology initiatives within a complex operational environment.
Working across Freight Technology and Network Operations, you will lead solution design activities, develop architecture artefacts and ensure alignment to enterprise strategy, roadmaps and governance standards.
Experience within logistics, transport, courier, field workforce or operational environments will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solution architectures for major business and technology initiatives
- Translate business requirements into scalable, practical technology solutions
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards and roadmaps
- Lead technical assessments across RFI, RFP and Proof of Concept activities
- Present architecture decisions, risks and solution options to governance forums
- Provide architectural guidance and technical assurance throughout project delivery
- Review detailed designs, integrations, APIs and technical deliverables
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, delivery teams and senior leadership
- Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
About You
- Experience as a Solution Architect within large enterprise environments
- Strong experience delivering complex transformation or modernisation programs
- Knowledge of cloud, APIs, integration patterns, microservices and modern technology stacks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Ability to balance strategic architecture with pragmatic delivery outcomes
- Experience within logistics, transport, retail or operational technology environments is advantageous
