We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the integration architecture for a major Dayforce HCM implementation. This role will focus on designing and delivering all inbound and outbound interfaces between Dayforce and key enterprise systems within a predominantly Microsoft Azure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document end-to-end integration architectures for the Dayforce implementation.
- Define and deliver inbound and outbound interface solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
- Develop data mappings, transformation logic and integration patterns for APIs and file-based interfaces.
- Design coexistence and data flow strategies between Dayforce and existing platforms including UKG Pro and Site 360.
- Establish scalable and reusable integration patterns using Informatica IDMC and Azure Integration Services.
- Ensure integrations align with security, governance, privacy and operational requirements.
- Define monitoring, alerting, error handling and recovery mechanisms.
- Provide architectural leadership to developers, data engineers and implementation partners.
- Act as the key technical liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and third-party vendors.
Required Experience
- Experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on enterprise integrations.
- Experience delivering large-scale HCM implementations, ideally Dayforce.
- Strong background designing API-led, middleware and cloud integration solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices within Azure environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
