About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of critical IT infrastructure and network services across a complex operational environment. This role works closely with project teams, infrastructure specialists, and vendor partners to ensure technology initiatives are delivered efficiently, securely, and with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure and network services
- Manage infrastructure deployments end-to-end, including scheduling, runbooks, approvals, and change management
- Partner with Project Managers to define infrastructure scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Track delivery progress, risks, issues, and costs, providing clear status reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure all infrastructure changes align with enterprise standards and service management practices
- Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a strong infrastructure or service management background
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects in large, complex environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise service operations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Working knowledge of IT service management frameworks
